The Family Resource Center and The Children's Cabinet are some of the most helpful organizations in our community.  They both offer multiple services and are able to  make many referrals to other resources in the area. Family Resource Center  (775) 353-5733

The WCSD Family Resource Center offers students and their families support with basic needs, SNAP, Medicaid, and referrals along with many other community resources.  The Family Resource Center provides prevention, intervention, and re-engagement services to ensure student success.

Children's Cabinet (775) 856-6200

The Children's Cabinet's mission has been to keep children safe and families together by providing services and resources that address unmet needs through a unique and effective cooperative effort between the private sector and public agencies in Nevada.  

Children's Cabinet can help with childcare, financial assistance, counseling, parent education, and youth mental health first aid.
